How do I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash but we do not accept checks.

What if it rains the day of my appointment?

We monitor the weather daily and make sure your appointment is not during harsh weather if it is we will contact you and try to reschedule your appointment.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-6pm, Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am-5pm.

Are walk-ins welcome?

No, we work on an appointment basis to avoid customer overlap but you are welcome to come in to schedule your appointment.

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Appointments can be rescheduled up 12 hours before your appointment, and we send out a reminder the day before. Please note if you do not attend your appointment after the first rescheduling there will be a $35 fee.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

If you are running late, all we ask is you call us and give us a heads up, so we know you will be arriving. If you are more than 20 minutes late without calling us, you will be charged a fee of $10 and if you don’t show up your appointment will be marked as a No-Show. Please note there is an additional fee of $35 if there are two no-shows.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Are you insured for any damages caused by you or your equipment?

Kishan Services is fully insured for any damages caused by cleaning material/equipment or workmanship. We are extremely careful with our customers’ property and perform a pre-cleaning inspection of the vehicle which notes any pre-existing problems such as torn seats or damaged areas which is to be signed by the customer acknowledging they are aware of these issues and they cannot be fixed by Kishan Services.
